Maintenance ID 71378 - Your Blackbaud Luminate Online® production site has been scheduled to be upgraded to version 26.1.2 on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Work will begin at 12:00 AM CDT and complete by 4:00 AM CDT.
During this upgrade work, your site will remain available to site visitors and administrators. A warning message will be displayed to advise visitors to avoid entering information until the upgrade is complete. This banner is expected to display at the top of your site for no more than 30 minutes.
The work is planned on the following schedule:
12:00 AM CDT - A maintenance banner will be displayed on your production site for no more than 30 minutes after the start of the maintenance window. 4:00 AM CDT - All maintenance should be complete.
