Payment transactions submitted while your services are unavailable will fail and will not be queued for processing. This maintenance includes new features and bug fixes, and supports our commitment to secure, modern, and compliant payment processing. The Blackbaud maintenance page will be updated immediately following maintenance completion.

We continue to work to maximize availability of your Blackbaud Integrated Payments solutions. When downtime is required, you can still provide donation-processing capabilities to your constituents by leveraging our new checkout experience or JustGiving from Blackbaud platform, which are not impacted by this maintenance. JustGiving can be utilized by including a URL link to a separate JustGiving donation checkout. There is no cost to setting up or using JustGiving; in addition, there are no subscription fees, no platform fees, and no processing fees. This approach provides you with two powerful Blackbaud giving platforms when needed.
