During the maintenance window, forms embedded on your webpages through Blackbaud Online Express will be unavailable to users in your organization as well as donors for approximately two hours.This means: 

Donation forms, Event Registration forms, Membership forms, and Email Sign Up forms powered by Online Express will not load and will not be viewable, accessible, or available to donors or users in your organization.
Back-end users will receive a “unable to connect/503” error. Donors will not receive an error message when trying to access the forms.
You do not need to take any action based on this maintenance.

Scheduled - Maintenance ID 75618 -Your Luminate Online ITC site has been scheduled to be upgraded to version 26.2.4 on Friday, September 18, 2026. Work will begin at 6:00 PM CDT (UTC -5) and complete by 9:00 PM CDT.

This maintenance will only be completed in the non-production environment called ITC, also known as LOT or DEV sites. Sites included in the maintenance will have a URL that begins with "secure8", which does not include your production donor-facing site. Sites in the ITC environment are not to be used for production donor-facing purposes.

During the maintenance, your ITC site will remain available to visitors and administrators. A warning message banner will be displayed to advise visitors to avoid entering information until the upgrade is complete. For a period of no longer than 30 minutes, visitors and administrators may experience intermittent connectivity issues or interrupted sessions. 

The work is planned on the following schedule:

6:00 PM CDT (UST -5) - Your ITC site will display a maintenance warning message advising against entering data.
