Your Luminate Online ITC site has been scheduled to be upgraded to version 26.2.0 on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Work will begin at 6:00 PM CDT (UTC -5) and complete by 9:00 PM CDT.
This maintenance will only be completed in the non-production environment called ITC, also known as LOT or DEV sites. Sites included in the maintenance will have a URL that begins with "secure8", which does not include your production donor-facing site. Sites in the ITC environment are not to be used for production donor-facing purposes.
During the site upgrade process, a warning will be displayed informing visitors that they should avoid entering any data and that they may be required to log in again. The site will remain available throughout the process; however, there will be a period of a few minutes where authenticated sessions are dropped and visitors have to log in again due to session invalidation. Please note features in the release may be enabled in-product at a later date; see release notes for details. Another email will be sent to you confirming when the features have been turned on.
The work is planned on the following schedule:
6:00 PM CDT (UTC -5) - Your ITC site will display a maintenance warning message advising against entering data. All maintenance should be complete by 9:00 PM CDT.

*Note: Forms and solutions that use new checkout - such as online forms created through Blackbaud Luminate Online, Blackbaud Online Giving, and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT - remain fully operational, as new checkout requires no downtime during this maintenance. Payment transactions submitted while your services are unavailable will fail and will not be queued for processing. This maintenance is necessary to install the latest security patches from Microsoft to keep our environment up to date on industry requirements and to better protect your data. The Blackbaud maintenance page will be updated immediately following maintenance completion.
We continue to work to maximize availability of your Blackbaud Integrated Payments solutions. When downtime is required, you can still provide donation-processing capabilities to your constituents by leveraging our new checkout experience or JustGiving from Blackbaud platform, which are not impacted by this maintenance. JustGiving can be utilized by including a URL link to a separate JustGiving donation checkout. There is no cost to setting up or using JustGiving; in addition, there are no subscription fees, no platform fees, and no processing fees. This approach provides you with two powerful Blackbaud giving platforms when needed.
