This maintenance is necessary to move Online Express to a Blackabaud Microsoft Azure environment.
During the maintenance window, forms embedded on your webpages through Blackbaud Online Express will be unavailable to users in your organization as well as donors for approximately two hours.This means:
Donation forms, Event Registration forms, Membership forms, and Email Sign Up forms powered by Online Express will not load and will not be viewable, accessible, or available to donors or users in your organization. Back-end users will receive a “unable to connect/503” error. Donors will not receive an error message when trying to access the forms. You do not need to take any action based on this maintenance.
