Payment transactions submitted while your services are unavailable will fail and will not be queued for processing. This maintenance is necessary to install the latest security patches from Microsoft to keep our environment up to date on industry requirements and to better protect your data. We continue to work to maximize availability of your Blackbaud Integrated Payments solutions. When downtime is required, you can still provide donation-processing capabilities to your constituents by leveraging our new checkout experience or JustGiving from Blackbaud platform, which are not impacted by this maintenance. JustGiving can be utilized by including a URL link to a separate JustGiving donation checkout. There is no cost to setting up or using JustGiving; in addition, there are no subscription fees, no platform fees, and no processing fees. This approach provides you with two powerful Blackbaud giving platforms when needed.
