Your Luminate Online ITC site has been scheduled to be upgraded to version 26.2.1 on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Work will begin at 6:00 PM CDT (UTC -5) and complete by 10:00 PM CDT.
This maintenance will only be completed in the non-production environment called ITC, also known as LOT or DEV sites. Sites included in the maintenance will have a URL that begins with "secure8", which does not include your production donor-facing site. Sites in the ITC environment are not to be used for production donor-facing purposes.
During the upgrade work, your ITC site will remain available to visitors and administrators. A warning message banner will be displayed to advise visitors to avoid entering information until the upgrade is complete. For a period of no longer than 30 minutes, visitors and administrators may experience intermittent connectivity issues or interrupted sessions.
The work is planned on the following schedule:
6:00 PM CDT (UTC -5) - Your ITC site will display a maintenance warning message advising against entering data. All maintenance should be complete by 10:00 PM CDT.
