Maintenance ID 12264 - Please be advised that on Thursday, December 5, 2019 your non-production environment(s) will be migrated off Windows Servers that are approaching Microsoft's end of support. There is no change to your database or CRM product version.

During this maintenance, we anticipate Blackbaud CRM will be unavailable for approximately 20 minutes. If this time does not work for you, please contact support.

If your organization uses the friendly URL to login, there will be no experience change whatsoever. Your current friendly URL, which will persist, is: https://stagelogin.blackbaudondemand.com/MySite.aspx?siteID=12345ABC

If your organization uses a long URL, you and anyone else in your organization will need to update your bookmarks using KB192003 as a guide here: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/192003. You may do so ahead of this change. Please use the friendly URL which will not change.
