Please be advised we have postponed the maintenance that was scheduled to begin on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 3:00 AM EDT and conclude by 6:00 AM EDT Sunday, June 22, 2025.
We will reschedule the maintenance and notify your organization when we are ready to proceed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
We would like to inform you that we will be performing maintenance on Sunday, June 22, 2025 during the following maintenance window:
03:00 AM - 06:00 AM EDT 02:00 AM - 05:00 AM CDT 01:00 AM - 04:00 AM MDT 12:00 AM - 03:00 AM PDT 08:00 AM - 11:00 AM BST 05:00 PM - 08:00 PM AEST
Your services will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes between 03:00 AM and 6:00 AM EDT. Any payment transactions submitted while your services are unavailable will fail and will not be queued for processing. Provisioning, administrative access and reports in Blackbaud Merchant Services™ will also be unavailable.
Maintenance is part of our commitment to providing our customers with modern, performant, secure, compliant and innovative payment processing solutions. This maintenance is necessary to install the latest security patches from Microsoft to keep our environment up to date on industry requirements and to better protect your data.
We continue to work on ways to maximize availability of your Blackbaud solutions, as we understand how disruptive any downtime can be, especially if it coincides with a major appeal or campaign. When downtime is required, you can still provide donation processing capabilities to your constituents by leveraging our JustGiving from Blackbaud platform, which is not impacted by this maintenance. JustGiving can be utilized by including a URL link to a separate JustGiving donation checkout. There is no cost to setting up or using JustGiving; in addition, there are no subscription fees, no platform fees, and no processing feeds. This approach provides you with two powerful Blackbaud giving platforms when needed.
