• 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM AEDT
• 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM GMT

This maintenance is necessary to move Blackbaud Payment Service™, Blackbaud Merchant Services™, and Blackbaud Checkout (formerly Blackbaud Secure Payments™) to Blackbaud SKY™ ( https://www.blackbaud.com/sky ), our modern, integrated, and open cloud.

Please note: Organizations that self-host Blackbaud applications (such as Blackbaud NetCommunity™, Blackbaud Internet Solutions™, Blackbaud CRM™, or Raiser’s Edge™) and use Internet Protocol (IP) address-based firewall rules, must whitelist new IP addresses for our new cloud servers. Please refer to this Knowledgebase article (KB 50865 - https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/50865 ). If your organization is self-hosted, uses IP address-based firewall rules, and has not yet whitelisted these new IP addresses, please do so before February 11, 2018 to avoid a disruption in service.
If your Blackbaud applications are hosted by us or if you self-host your applications and use hostname-based firewall rules, you do not need to take any action.

During this maintenance window, you will experience periods of time when payment services are unavailable. All transactions submitted while the service is unavailable will fail and will not be queued for processing.
