Scheduled
Maintenance ID 12196 - We are notifying you of required maintenance that is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 10:00 PM CDT to 2:00 AM CDT.
This maintenance is necessary to perform an update in our environment.
Prior to the maintenance, tasks will be disabled for your production site and will remain offline for the duration of the maintenance. During this period, tasks will be held in queue and will resume once work is completed. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduled reports, scheduled email sends, and data synchronization operations.
During the maintenance window, your site will be unavailable to visitors and administrators. A standard maintenance page will be displayed to administrators and site visitors saying: “Site Temporarily Unavailable. Sorry, the site you requested is currently offline for planned maintenance.” During this time, customers will not be able to access the sites, take donations during the maintenance window and redirects will go to the maintenance page. Luminate CMS sites will be placed in static mode and dynamic content will be unavailable.  Luminate CRM/Luminate Online and Luminate Online/Raiser's Edge 7 integration data will also be unavailable.
The work is planned on the following schedule:
9:30 PM CDT on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 - All tasks will be held in queue for your production site.
10:00 PM CDT - A maintenance page will be displayed for your production site.
2:00 AM CDT- All maintenance should be complete. Tasks will be re-enabled when the maintenance is complete.
