Maintenance ID 83383 - In accordance with your Blackbaud Application Hosting Agreement, we are providing your organization with advance notice of an upcoming product update. Your ResearchPoint database will be upgraded to version 5.14 beginning at 8:00 PM EDT, Friday, July 19, 2019 until 3:00 PM EDT, Saturday, July 20, 2019. During this upgrade, access to your ResearchPoint database will be unavailable for no longer than 30 minutes.
