This maintenance is necessary to install the latest security patches from Microsoft to keep our environment up-to-date on industry requirements and further ensure the protection of your data. We expect for transaction processing through Blackbaud Payment Service to be unavailable for no more than 30 minutes during this time. All transactions submitted while the Blackbaud Payment Service is unavailable will fail and will not be queued for processing.
During this maintenance window, provisioning, administrative access, and reports in Blackbaud Merchant Services will be unavailable for no longer than 30 minutes.
