Maintenance ID 35895 - We are notifying you of a maintenance to your Luminate Online ITC site that is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. Work will begin at 10:00 PM CDT and complete by 2:00 AM CDT.
This maintenance will only be completed in the non-production environment called ITC, also known as LOT or DEV sites. Sites included in the maintenance will have a URL that begins with "secure8", which does not include your production donor-facing site. Sites in the ITC environment are not to be used for production donor-facing purposes.
This scheduled maintenance is necessary to perform an update to our environment.
During the maintenance, we anticipate that your ITC site will experience a period of unavailability to visitors and administrators for no longer than 10 minutes.
