This maintenance is necessary to perform an update in our environment. During this maintenance window, there will be a 15-minute period where you may experience several brief service interruptions, however, you should be able to immediately log back in. All transactions submitted while the Blackbaud Payment Service is unavailable will fail and will not be queued for processing. During this maintenance window, provisioning, administrative access, and reports in Blackbaud Merchant Services will be unavailable for no longer than 1 hour.
